  • This is the first week end at our new place, I m not going to say this weekend has been awesome far, because that would be a lie, I have been trying to work out somethings, sadly it hasn’t been working. I had been busy trying to manage some folks from India, but these guys even though they’re ok with the work they do, they have time problems, which in turn affects out work, product and of course deadlines, which we had decided would be strict, but right now thats a little problem.

Anyways, last night around 3am, I was down right tired, even after a double dose of Red Bull, and I needed some kind of break, I decided to call mom back in Karachi, it’s always a treat to listen to her (One of the best women alive!), I had some 5 minutes chat with her, in which I learned that my grandma’s sister is really sick, her kidneys have failed, and she’s obviously not in her best health. I need to call her today hopefully.

While I spoke to mom, I got to know that Amin (aka Kato) Bhai’s  wife had also passed away, and it is her Soyem today. May Allah bless her and Amin bhai, and all the muslims of the world.

After moving in the new apartment, I m actually going home, and the apartment is not very close to the work place, which I find pretty good, it gives you time to relax and chill out. Otherwise it’s just office, which is pretty looserish in my opinion.

Anyways, I haven’t really posted pictures of my apartment on my blog, but they’re on my facebook presence, check them out here.

Ever had the days when the week ends would be just awesome. Well this last week end they partly were. I had some really cool yet weird incidents happening.

First it was Ronnie, I met him at the Reception to the gym, and it was totally unexpected, I as heading for the gym, signing in, and comes this guy, appreciating my hair style, I thank him, while he suddenly asks me if I m a designer, obviously since ‘I am’ I say so.. The next thing I know is I m talking to him standing right there for the next 30 minutes. He’s even more surprized when he gets to know I m from Pakistan, and he’s not only surprized, he’s shocked. I would be too if I were him, Pakistan’s build up a pretty bad image recently. But any how, we parted exchanging numbers. And one thing’s for sure he’s a pretty big Obama Supporter. I was pretty exhausted that day since I hadn’t slept last night, so I went to bed early, and I had described the whole thing to my office mates..

Some time around 9pm these folks go out for dinner, and guess who they come across.. Ronnie. He’s having dinner some where near too, and he comes over to my office mates, and asks them if they’re Indian, to which the guys replied they’re from Pakistan, and he jumps up and says I met a Pakistani guy today and he had a mohawk.. and he tells my mates to ask me to call him. and I finally did yesterday, but his cellphone was turned off.

Any how, Saturday we were to get a Cat for the office, how cool is that, isn’t ? Well yeah it’s a kitten and it’s super nice. It’s nice to have a little thing popping around. It’s a little distraction, but a positive one I’d say. We even had some nice dinner at a desi place.

Sunday was mostly stay home kind of day, but I managed to finish off on Ahmed’s university project, which was partly on account of work. Anyhow I’d say this was a better weekend. And I like the new prata place that’s opened up near by.

I also did a Mohawk based desktop background recently, which can be downloaded from here.

The tragic incident of Mumbai, India dropped me into a shock. The next moment of the incident, Indian bureaucrats and media started pointing the ‘confident’ finger at Pakistan. This reminded me of ‘Samjhota Express’ tragedy.

Within couple of hours of Samjhota Express bombings, Indian authorities were pointing fingers at Pakistan. Turned out, the gruesome massacre was the handy work of the Hindu extremists, like Col Purohit. There are countless other, serving or retired Indian military officials, like Lt Col Jayant Rao Chitale and Lt Gen P N Hoon who also train and form the Hindu Suicide Squads. Surprise, surprise! It turns out, besides Muslims; Hindus too can be quite proficient at bombings.

It it possbile to believe Indian Media’s irrational propaganda that Pakistan is involved in Mumbai’s incident?

Let’s look at some blames from India:

    1. According to Indian forces, the terrorists reached India through boats. At the time when terrorists entered Indian coast, Indian Navy along with Coast Guards was practicing a defense exercise at the coast. The defense exercise was about safeguarding the coast from external elements or ‘Al-Qaeda’. Now let’s come to the fact that how come its possible ‘The great Blue Waters’ Indian Navy and Coast Guards (who keep hunting the fishermen) could not protect the coast? A group of terrorists in ordinary boats with heavy ammunition and weapons enter through coast, is it possible, rationally?
    2. It is said by Indian forces that the terrorists never came to Mumbai before; they planned everything through ‘Google Earth’. Maybe the forces who have made this statement don’t know that Google Earth can show only satellite view of a location. How come the terrorists know all the interior locations of hotels? And then they had taxies to different areas and without wasting time they did it. Interesting?
    3. If they have come from Pakistan through waters with heavy ammunitions, and they have even crossed the coast, how could they bring such heavy arms inside the hotel where even a lighter is being detected through scanner
    4. According to Indian media, they have found a cell phone of a terrorist with Pakistani contact numbers and Pakistani Identity Card of a terrorist too. Wow!!! They have come for a terrorist attempt with all the evidences. They dropped a Pakistani ID card, a phone and other clear evidences…hats off to the media.
    5. Indian Govt. has blamed ISI for the incident. ISI is considered a very strong agency globally and India admits that. How come such an organized agency commits a childish act that makes all loss no gain? This kind of attempt can never gain for anyone, but loss. They only occupied some places for sometimes and got killed.

Then who the terrorists were if not Pakistanis?

Indian media’s spectacular eye has ignored clear evidence, unintentionally and intentionally. Have a look at the picture attached, picture of one of the terrorists involved in this attempt. NOTICE THE RED THREAD ON HIS RIGHT HAND. Tying a red thread or cord around the wrist is a Hindu practice and it is unlikely a Muslim, especially one politicized enough to carry out an attack such as this, would observe it. I think this provides more evidence that this was a false flag operation or at least an attack by a non-Muslim group.
Additionally, the terrorists inside the Nariman House Building were reported to have stocked up on supplies on Wednesday evening, buying not just food items but liquor, among other things, from a local store (Source: http://www.shturem.org/index.php?section=news&id=31585) . Again, it is highly unlikely that a Muslim, let alone a ‘Mujahid’, and especially one politicized enough to carry out such an attack, would consume liquor in normal life, let alone hours before his inevitable ‘martyrdom’.

The ENEMY is nowhere but from your own country (100 groups in a war against India):

Mumbai’s night of terror underscores a phenomenon concealed by the Indian government and intelligence agencies and deliberately ignored by a biased Anglo-American media for a long time: The rise of a virulent form of Hindu terrorism that begets violence from other minorities. Here is a list of almost one hundred groups that are fighting the Indian government. All of them thrive in India. The context for what has happened in Mumbai is stunning only for those unaware how a cocktail mix of wrong policies, official patronage to extremism, and separatist movements have come together to destabilize India.
    Here is the list: http://groups.google.com.pk/group/paknationalists/web/100-groups-in-a-war-against-india

Neatly tucked under the well constructed – and expensive – veneer of ‘Incredible India’ advertisements on international television channels is the hottest Indian story: The fast rise of Indian religious terrorist organizations that have penetrated India’s military and politics. The movement is so strong, resourceful and organized that it warrants the label India’s Hindu al-Qaeda.
The arrest last week of a serving Indian army colonel who along with some other officers has allegedly transferred military funds, material and training to terrorist groups is a matter that should not escape the attention of India’s neighbors, since it is directly linked to New Delhi’s new desire for expanding its reach beyond its borders and to serve as the regional policeman for American interests in the Asia-Pacific.

And yes, there is no group in India as Daccan Mujahideen.

What are the possible reasons to blame Pakistan?

    1. To avoid internal disorganization and ethnical riots.
    2. The Indian Intelligence have diverted the global attention towards another issue where they would blame Pakistan for this slaughter and use Barack Obama’s doctrine of attacks on Pakistan to encircle Pakistan from both sides.
    3. To grab world attention by a local 9/11.
    4. For the past many weeks, the biggest story in India was involvement of Indian Military Intelligence officers in orchestrated acts of terrorism against Muslims to create a Hindu-Muslim riot situation as well as to create a justification for war against Pakistan. Many Indian army officers were caught and Indian Police was forced to work deeper into finding more BJP, Bajrang Dal and RSS terrorists in Indian military and Intelligence setup. This story had created a serious panic in Indian military and their Fascist patrons in Hindu Zionists. Something had to be done to divert the attention of the world and Indian public from acts of terrorism by Hindu Hardliners. …..Then comes the Mumbai Massacre.

    Clear?

All the facts above prove the involvement of Pakistan wrong. On the other hand, the Indian Govt. has not managed yet to provide tangible proofs.

On a friendly note, I request my Indian friends an open-eyes research and not to believe everything that media says. Pakistan is always with India to fight against terrorism.
Terrorism is a global issue and Pakistan-India are suffering it. India should deal with her internal terrorism menaces as Pakistan is doing so.

Notice: Following is the article, that I wrote for Teabreak.

Present day: There is so much hate and frustration amongst that, that it’s easy to miss all the good things that we have been gifted with, good things that we as people and we as a nation have. It’s easy for the reality to be lost amongst so much lies…

I remember when the Earth quake hit the Northern Areas of Kashmir, in October 2005. It hit in the morning and the country was all ready and helping and organizing ways to help people who had been victims.. I remember that, yes I do, I witnessed a whole lot of activity, an activity which was in good will of the nation, which was to help people, regardless of their location, that was the spirit. I remember how camps were organized, how people donated whatever they could.. even the tinniest thing the people might need were donated.

We also witnessed, how people had reacted to this act of nature, we all got together, and no one had even asked ask to, this is what is inside us.. hospitality, the caring for each other attitude, no matter how we are, and who we are..

We also saw how people had reacted to the Tsunami that had hit a big part of South Asia, Pakistan was amongst the first to be there helping other countries and communities to overcome the problems that were surfacing.

Pakistan, my friends may have faded and fainted a bit but it’s still our country, we need to do something positive about it.

Thursday 27th of December 2007, was the day that will go down in history as one of the worst days of Pakistan, why ? Because Benazir Bhutto (Former Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan) was assassinated in Rawalpindi, and also because hell broke loose all over Pakistan.

I was one of the many people working their soft asses in hard seats in their office, and suddenly some moron (big bad bloody moron) kills her…

Me along, with the rest of the office crew rush out to save our little and tiny butts from those violent and crazy loosers that roam the streets and create chaos and panic with no real gains ! I m very much convinced PPP has lots of lovers and en equal number of haters too..Seriously !

I had to live 2 and half days at my dad’s sister’s place with no real internet connection and no prepaid credit amount in my cellphone and no charge on my ipod… damness !

Things may get even more shittier… Am I angry you ask..hell yes I m .. and at the same time I m very sad and extend my condolences to all those who matter !

May the departed souls rest in peace.

It’s going to be New Year soon, and we’re getting surprises already :)

Pakistan is going to be exploring Space soon, and even the south and north poles of this very planet, and guess what, we’ll even have our flag there.

Namira Saleem, is the lady who’s proud she’s going for this such an awesome travel, and surprise surprise, she’s an artist :)

Here’s the excerpt from the news itself :

"Reflect a positive image of Pakistan as a peace-loving and progressive country"

ISLAMABAD: Namira Salim, who is undergoing training to be the first Pakistani to go into space, is also set to become the first citizen of the country to travel to the North and South Poles.

Salim will hoist Pakistan’s flag at the South Pole when she travels there next month as a member of an international expedition.

Caretaker Prime Minister Muhammedmian Soomro on Monday presented the flag to 35-year-old Salim, a well-known artist who will blast off into space in the world’s first commercial space liner in 2008.

I was happily shopping for some sneakers in the market with H-N in Saddar, when suddenly out of no where comes a man and tells the shop keeper ‘Do you know anything about the Marshal law?’ before the shop keeper even said a word I asked him ‘What marshal law ? where?’, ‘In Pakistan janab, Pakistan is back in trouble’, thats what he said !

My first impression was that either this guy is an idiot for no reason, or there are some stupid rumors going around, as soon as I reach home, my mom tells me the same thing, now this gets me a little curious, TV ain’t working.damn !

I go online, and since H-N is with me, he looks a little online and searches for some clues (he was much more concerned, he has gigs lined up !), so any how, Yes Pakistan has Marshal law, yet again ! :( I hope this goes away soon, and we come out of this emergency situation, this basically sucks !

I’ve never really cared much about politics, and I’ve never been on either sides of Bush-Mush bashing ! But such happening did raise my eyebrow ! I m not a supporter of any political group, nor do I enjoy political talks, but this my friends is just too much !

Please let us live normal lives, and it’s a call from one idiot Pakistani to not only the president, but to all the people, who make world a bad place to live ! ‘Live and let live !’ God bless this world, and the people of this world ! Ameen.

    Excerpt from Dawn news :

ISLAMABAD, Nov 3: President General Pervez Musharraf, in his capacity as the chief of army staff, on Saturday declared emergency rule in the country, suspended the country’s constitution, and issued a new Provisional Constitutional Order (PCO).

This is the second time in General Musharraf’s tenure that an emergency rule has been imposed, and PCO issued. First it was at the time when the military seized power on October 12, 1999. This time it was when President Musharraf had already ruled the country for eight long years, and was faced with a situation where there was a strong possibility that the Supreme Court may rule against his move to get himself elected for the second time as the head of the state.

Excerpt from The News (Message from Pentagon) :

WASHINGTON: The Pentagon said Gen. Pervez Musharraf’s declaration of state of emergency in Pakistan does not affect U.S. military support, a spokesman said.

U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates is monitoring the fast-developing situation, Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell said.

Oh God, please save Pakistan, from the evils of this world !

Update : I just got to hear a bit of his address, makes much more sense than I thought it would !
