It’s been around 2 months or more since I leaft Creative Chaos, yet my connection, friendship and love with these folks is still the same. The reason is the kind of environment we had and a strong communication that we had developed among us.

Any how, the reason I m writing this post is plain simple, I had another day with the people at Creative Chaos and it was awesome. I got to see my desk again, whihc has now been taken over by Sundus, who proudly declares she stole my desk, yeah well considering all my stuff is still in her possession, she might have haha !

I was also taken back by the fact that most of the things I left back at Creative Chaos, are still there, and mostly the way there, which is not only a way of expressing the care that others have towards one another.

Any how, I was coming back from work, I have night shifts now btw (got to work San Fransisco hours now), which was around 12 in the afternoon, and I got a call from Omair, asking if I was free for lunch, I was tired but as soon as I came to know it’s a lunch with my former collegues and friends at Creative Chaos, I agreed right away, and Omair picked me up from near by.

We headed for the office, and had some time there, and I got to meet the two new employees at CC, in the design department. They’re pretty nice people, I hope they enjoy at CC as much as they can along with doing their work.

The rest is all cool till now..

I got to grab some sleep, so I got to head home.

Yeah that’s what I mean, and first off, I m kind of missing Babrus, here in Dubai, but I hope he settles what he went karachi for.

Anyways, most of the stuff is the same here as it was, same old 9-6 work routine.. Crap.. Why one would ask.. I m in Dubai man, and I don’t even know dubai properly.. shit man…

It’s the usual work routine hee, same old getting up 8 and getting all ready, watchign my CEO play World of Warcraft.. I m not much a fan of games, cept that I love playing Need for Speed Carbon, that we donot have here.

So what I do is when we’re done with the work, we either sit outside our apartments in the open air, ad discuss things, or go out to the nearby mall.. Or sit at the office and use the internet.. man this wasn’t the kind of life I liked, but its’s a bachelors life.. I mean I can do alot, but I wold prefer not to.. I’ve got my own reasons for that.

Anyways, I felt I shold write all that crap for no reason.. bye.

I don’t know but it seems like a good change happening, and I m a little happy about it too. I write crap I know, but I still like to read some good stuff, lately I’ve been visiting Teabreak more and more to read, yes read. I did have some sort of confusion, but then, one doesn’t need to be confused once it’s rolling good.

Then I m caught up with some work, both from the office and freelance, and I m getting less time to focus on the freelance, which is bad, but then we have week ends for that, and I m hoping to wrap it up nicely in a gifted manner before the week ends.

I m also going a little easy on some things I should not be, some of this stuff includes my current work, and the reason I’d say for going easy is to make it as smooth as possible, while staying relaxed, because I know I’ll pull it off before the time ends.

Zair dude is also getting people involved into blogging, he recently got another blogger ‘Aychaa‘, which is good, you know I m into blogging, and I do make efforts to get more people involved too.

Of late, I’ve started wondering about my new job, how is it going to be, how’s the new expereicne going to be? will I enjoy it, will I hate it.. what not.. hell, it’s not yet time.

I’ve also recently discovered Cuil. If all goes well, it could make for a decent competetor for Google search, only if all goes well. I really like it’s GUI. I m also planning on learning alot of new stuff including PHP, some of the seniors here at work had started some classes on that, sadly, these classes have stopped for some reasons I m not allowed to write here, even though this is my space..

I would like to write more now, but then whose gonna do my work..

I’ve been looking at a couple of things lately, somethings that i like, and some I donot.

First, I came across this guy, who did logo mashups just for the sake of fun, and man, some of them look so damn convincing. Yes take a look at them and you’ll know !

On the other hand, China has had a severe earthquake, which in all honesty is not such a good site to see. I hope alot of people remain ok, I know the death toll has crossed 10,000 people, but I hope all the remaining people are found alive, Inshallah.

Other than that, life seems cool at the work too, life actually is working my way at work, atleast for me, though sometimes everyone falls asleep at the same time., that’s the beaut of our work place

I missed a really fun meeting (as I heard it) today, lets hope I attend any further such meetings.

and Yaay, we’re going to probably have a Teabreak meeting this Friday, Inshallah.

Sometimes we see the bright side of a picture, and sometimes we see the dark side, and the most neglected side of the picture remains neglected, the transparent side, this is actually the side that reveals the truth.

We’ve been seeing a couple of good young folks saying good by to Creative Chaos, to push forward their own creative big ideas, well good for them isn’t, they have an idea, and they can make things better.. thats how it should be, but recently I saw two people leave the company on the basis of education, which is one good step to improvement. Fellows I wish you good luck and all the best for the future. On the other hand, folks I m really really gonna miss you guys, it has been fun and an honour working along with ya.

I’ve also seen some opportunities coming my way, I’ll see what I should do about them, should I take them, should I let them go, Sunday has been a very gracious day indeed.

Asim Saeed, was here on Saturday too, overnight, had fun, and I played cards after ages I believe, I m not much of a cards player, just once in a while is ok, and we watched movies and stuff, he also has by the way switched from being an artist to the programming world, he’s heading for Oracle 9i, thats good I suppose.

Teabreak’s meet up was suppose to happen today, but unfortunately Asim’s mom is not quite well, and neither is Zair’s aunt, please pray for these great ladies, I hope you both get better, Inshallah.

Also, the most important part, the M lady has a birthday tommorrow, yes the 12th of May, please wish her, and I’d really really appreciate that.

It’s the week end again, Well, welcome the week end

It’s been a not so hectic week really, I m not really staying late at work the way I used to, and it’s part of the streamlining process we’ve started, I mean our dev/design team, which actually needs us to come on time, leave on time, and that the work be finished on time.

Any how, on the other hand, I m talking teabreak and more teabreaks, so yeah, the design is almost done, lets hope the rest of the things turn out cool too, Inshallah.

I m supposed to have meeting tommorrow with the tea break gang, lets see whats happens…

It’s very much a challenge when you work at a company as awesome as the one I work at, I mean seriously, I love my job, I know there are times, I’d want to pull out my hair and bang my head on the walls, and maybe scream on some one’s face, but hey, that’s what makes it worth while, when at the end, I see a polished product that I worked on.

If you put it the other way, yes, I have no life haha !

Any how, this is just another random post, but here are a few things, some of them are rough, while some are good.. I have been enjoying work lately, and the least I can say is, work is awesome, always has been. I would go as far as saying, this has been the best company I have yet worked for.

I play a fool most of the times, and act like I m on crack, but the fact is I enjoy the freedom I get, while I work, this makes the whole experience much more rich.

On the other hand, there have been some bad happenings, including that of Asim Imtiaz, he already left Creative Chaos, to study in UK, I wish him best of luck for the future, though I will be collaborating with him on some projects, Inshallah !

On the other hand, one of my great friends, H-N has also left the office, the reasons are best not disclosed, I wish him al the best for the future too.

Zair on the other hand, is on a leave, which has made me a little more active, he’s not on the desk, and I m playing boss boss, with my only other colleague in the team..Zair if you’re reading this, cal up boogie man

I’ve updated the wordpress version to the latest one, yesterday, and it’s not surprizing to say, it’s beautiful, and alot of things have changed, which is good, and things have become more accessible !

Any how, it’s safe to say, wordpress is here to stay, for a long long time !

I think I didn’t really do justice with the last post, so here, I’ll post some more about the week end.

Friday.
This was the usual ’stay late at office’ and then leave day, left at around 9pm I guess, hopped home in a car. I had to stay up late, infact I didn’t sleep the whole night, coz I knew if I would sleep, I wouldn’t be up on time, and I had to go to Iqra University, to meet Fahad, Iraj and Babrus.

Saturday.
I left at around 10am, after eating those delicious basni roti mom made, H-N as usual was on his bed, half nanga ! I woke him up, and surprisingly he got up real soon, he changed we talked, got on a Rikshaw, and off to the university. We had some boring and some awesome time there, we did enjoy the random crap we spoke, the random bull shit we did and the even though we spoke crap, we did manage to speak some things sensible, I even met uzey, though for a very short while, and I think I should’ve talked to her a bit more (I apologized later )

Any how, after be done with all the ‘IMPORTANT’ things there, me and Babrus went to H-N’s band’s lead guitarist’s place, where we enjoyed some crap, and then over to H-N’s place, there we sat and did nothing We actually waited for the mota man to get ready, so we could head over for the concert, I wasn’t planning to go there, but eventually, I went, and I went coz my salary had been transferred, which I thought was not the case, but since it had, I did go yaaay.

We did have some probelms at the venue getting in, but not big ones, H-N had some ander ka dost, and that guy managed to get us the passes, we spent a whoppi 500 on that.

We sure did have fun. We were also supposed to meet Babrus’s and H-N’s friend there, had a bit of funny moments there too

Me and babrus left early, and had pizza and went home….whew…

Sunday.
Woke up late brought groceries, went to Asim’s house, missed a festival, went back to sleep
