Damn man, this is so tiring, I know I might not be the best, atleast I know a couple of folks who are better than me, at what we do. So any how, oh well never mind..

Right now, at this very moment, I m super exhausted, like super super exhausted.. I know it’s nit much, but I haven’t slept in like 24+ hours, and damn I doozed off for a couple of minutes here, and I snored.. damn, I never knew I snore. shit shit shit..

Oh and I m also talking to M lady right now, which feels good, since she’s in Lahore for a wedding, and she’s having fun, maybe missing me too I hope so I m hoping she’s haveing a real good time… Oh yeah I love her.

But hell this work is getting on my nerver now..

It’s been some time since I blogged, and I have one big excuse.. FREAKING CRAZY PTCL… !

Yes my phone line was dead, until I decided I had enough, and got my DSL disconnected and purchased WiMax from Wateen.. it’s been a good ride with Maxcom, but PTCL made it miserable..

Any how, I m back online, and thats good..

Oh boy, I played cricket last Saturday, after some 6 ong years I suppose, yes since I shifted to Gulistan-e-Jauhar, I didn’t play cricket, maybe coz I didn’t find any good folks to play with or maybe I became way too involved with work.. But it was some good efforts, I was playing with my office collegues on a saturday night, and I guess I’ll be doing the same this Saturday too

Also, M lady is off to Lahore for soem time, to attend some weddings.. (feels a little lonely in Karachi … ) haha

And then I m working on my secret website..haha no, it ain’t porn.. I m redesigning my portfolio, it’s almost done, just a  quick few things.. shoudl be done with it soon.. Inshallah.

And then again, TeaBreak is getting is dose of updates every now and then, and some big events lined up, oh and did I mention, it’s gettign some big buzz in the media too

Lately me and Asim Imtiaz had been co-ordinating on putting the last pieces of the big joint venture together, the whole collaboration involved Wordpress (as the basic ground), Asim (on further complex development), Ammar (Marketing, sponsorships), Me (design and front end code) and Zair (front end code). Yes my friends teabreak is just round the corner, waiting to happen and land itself on our little web browsers…

My suggestion to all the folks is first, get firefox, seriously, it’s the best thing that has ever happened to the internet, and their latest version, 3, is smokin hot ! You’ll fall in love, no kiddin !

Ok, so what I was saying is that the new version is a major change from the current look of the website, it is going to have new logo, like the one that looks above, it’s gonna have a darker theme, black tea would come to mind.

It has a some interactive elements to it, yes things move in it, I would like to thank the guys behind jquery, and specially John Resig for that. Adding some of the things would have been much problematic had there been no jquery.

I would also thank all those who stood by our side, supported us, hated us, screamed at us, drank tea with us, played with us, made fun of us, gayed around with us , gave us great ideas and all the those who’ve been our great audience. We love you folks.

I would also like to thank the folks at my and zair’s current office, that is Creative Chaos, the people there are super supportive, I would like to thank the entire design and development team here.

It’s been some time since I last blogged, and honestly, alot has happened since, I mean a real lot !

I have been gaining some weight, which looks odd coz it’s just around my tummy, makes me look like a man with a baby inside haha !

Oye and please wish Ammar Yasir, a big evil Happy Birthday.. yes it’s his birthday.. he was drpped on this round ball this day !

Any how, I also found some more of my school colleagues on facebook, which is good, now isn’t ?

On the other hand Asim and Ammar must really be pissed, haven’t done any update to TeaBreak in some time now, and also Zair had been busy with coke studio’s website, like you can see on his blog. Any how, even though a little late, I promise Teabreak is going to be kickass… can’t you figure yet, I have been way too busy recently too..damn !

Oh and how can I forget, I have some days off from my office, took a little vacation, for some reasons I donot want to share with no one, people who already know, keep your freaking mouths shut warna toont tum logoon ki

Also I’ve been getting some good amount of hits on my blog, since it got to some design sites, which is nice, and super cool too. Credit to all those who came thank you !

Also, on the final note, I got the Air conditioner in my room, finally, which is good, even though the electric system in our city is not so fine tuned, but I think we can manage a couple of cool hours…yaay

Yes fellows, Zair, handed me the structure for teabreak deisgn, that I did roughly 2 weeks ago, so now we’re off coding it. Me and Zair had planned that we’d do it together, but then on Friday, I heard the news that my grandma’s sister’s husband had passed away, so I had to rush home to pick up the kid who works and learns at our place, and then rush to their house.

My Saturday went around a little hectic too, no kidding, and yet here I m writing lines of code.. Zair I m sorry I rewrote your code ya know I lke writing my own boogey code.. things are about to get complicated

Any how, we’re gonna do something about teabreak.

Sometimes we see the bright side of a picture, and sometimes we see the dark side, and the most neglected side of the picture remains neglected, the transparent side, this is actually the side that reveals the truth.

We’ve been seeing a couple of good young folks saying good by to Creative Chaos, to push forward their own creative big ideas, well good for them isn’t, they have an idea, and they can make things better.. thats how it should be, but recently I saw two people leave the company on the basis of education, which is one good step to improvement. Fellows I wish you good luck and all the best for the future. On the other hand, folks I m really really gonna miss you guys, it has been fun and an honour working along with ya.

I’ve also seen some opportunities coming my way, I’ll see what I should do about them, should I take them, should I let them go, Sunday has been a very gracious day indeed.

Asim Saeed, was here on Saturday too, overnight, had fun, and I played cards after ages I believe, I m not much of a cards player, just once in a while is ok, and we watched movies and stuff, he also has by the way switched from being an artist to the programming world, he’s heading for Oracle 9i, thats good I suppose.

Teabreak’s meet up was suppose to happen today, but unfortunately Asim’s mom is not quite well, and neither is Zair’s aunt, please pray for these great ladies, I hope you both get better, Inshallah.

Also, the most important part, the M lady has a birthday tommorrow, yes the 12th of May, please wish her, and I’d really really appreciate that.

I recently mentioned, the internet at my home is fixed, which is rocking, and now guess what… I got a hair cut, no seriously ! which means, I kind of look like an egghead

I wish I had a proper cam to snap myself, I hate my cellphone’s shitty cam, so anyways, my head…. damn I tried shaking my head, and it felt super light… man I miss my hairs !

Since Moti Bhains has a new blog, no I m not going to share the link, the cause of the new blog might die otherwise, anyhow, I got the bumper stickers idea, that you see in the Random BS area, from her blog, cheers to here.. She even awarded me with an high five award, see that in the honors area Damn I m good

Damn, oh and I’ve started coding Teabreak’s front end which is good, really Zair boi, help O !

Then since I have the internet now, the torrent downlaods have resumed big time ! I have a couple of GB’s worth of download on my download queue Most of them are music videos or work related stuff, but in High Def.. man I love my computer, that’s why I stick to it a lot

Ok guys, i m so happy, yet anohter reason, I m so happy, I have Maxcom as my ISP ! They even got my phone line fixed, because I couldn’t use there service.. WOW !

It had been around 2 months since my phone stopped working, and I complained about it to the authorities a couple of times, to no avail, finally I decided to end my DSL subscription, because I couldn’t use it, and instead of canceling, they offered direct help, I was like, WOW, if thats possible, then please by all means do it, and three days later, I have my phone running and my internet roaring ! Voila !

So yes, Life is good in that sense !

Anyhow, other than that, life is going pretty much the way it always has been, same work, same home, same life, same old dork..right here

Anyways, I’ve been working with Zair, Asim and Ammar now to get the teabreak thing up and running as soon as possible. The new design is in the works, the last one needed adjustments, so we adjust it and call it a new design, yaay !
