  • Alot of people know that I haven’t been well medically, that is my health isn’t at it’s best right now, so I m staying a little low, and with 25th December, I thought I’d relax alot at home, though the plan was to watch movies and stay up, it didn’t quite work out that way :S

Asim had come over and we had to watch movies with soup and pizza, instead we spent most of the night at the hospital.. My dad developed some sort of very harsh muscle pain around the ribbs, the pain grew way too much and had to be taken to the hospital immediately, and thats what we did !

Dad is much better now, and there’s a little progress on my Bell’s Palsy thing too.

Anyways, when we were back from the hospital, we were a little exhausted, but still Asim insisted that we watch Transporter 3, we did put it on, but started feeling so sleepy so soon, that we had to snooze instead of watching the movie.

Now I got to sleep a little, so I can get to work on time. Oh and btw, Beleated Happy Birthday to Muhammad Ali Jinnah (25th, December), and Belated X-Mas.

    blah

Sometimes we see the bright side of a picture, and sometimes we see the dark side, and the most neglected side of the picture remains neglected, the transparent side, this is actually the side that reveals the truth.

We’ve been seeing a couple of good young folks saying good by to Creative Chaos, to push forward their own creative big ideas, well good for them isn’t, they have an idea, and they can make things better.. thats how it should be, but recently I saw two people leave the company on the basis of education, which is one good step to improvement. Fellows I wish you good luck and all the best for the future. On the other hand, folks I m really really gonna miss you guys, it has been fun and an honour working along with ya.

I’ve also seen some opportunities coming my way, I’ll see what I should do about them, should I take them, should I let them go, Sunday has been a very gracious day indeed.

Asim Saeed, was here on Saturday too, overnight, had fun, and I played cards after ages I believe, I m not much of a cards player, just once in a while is ok, and we watched movies and stuff, he also has by the way switched from being an artist to the programming world, he’s heading for Oracle 9i, thats good I suppose.

Teabreak’s meet up was suppose to happen today, but unfortunately Asim’s mom is not quite well, and neither is Zair’s aunt, please pray for these great ladies, I hope you both get better, Inshallah.

Also, the most important part, the M lady has a birthday tommorrow, yes the 12th of May, please wish her, and I’d really really appreciate that.

    Love.

I feel I should post this, just because, a few people do read the blog, maybe it could help them sometime, just maybe.

    You could save a life.

    STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters… S.T.R.

My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree.

She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ

If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks.
STROKE IDENTIFICATION: During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall – she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. (they offered to call ambulance) They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food – while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid’s husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital – (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today.

Some don’t die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this… STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke…totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough. RECOGNIZING A STROKE Remember the "3" steps, STR . Read and Learn! Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a
bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions : S * Ask the individual to SMILE . T * = TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg "It is sunny out today"). R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS . If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher. NOTE : Another ’sign’ of a stroke is 1. Ask the person to ’stick’ out their tongue. 2. If the tongue is ‘crooked’, if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke. A prominent cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved. ….and it could be your own…..

I thank my darling, for sending this to my email, I generally don’t email forwarded messages, hence I shared it on my weblog. :)

Yes, Yes, the jam session has been postponed ! :(

It’s now on the 27th of his month, which is this coming Saturday !

Lately I had been pretty sick, yes sick, so I had people coming in, checking on how I was doing, now I m pretty good, Alhamdolillah !

And yesterday, as I was out for getting myself another pair of spectacles (yes the old ones broke, don’t ask me how), Asim said he’s come back home with me, I said sure, and we watched all night, one of the movies I loved is ‘1408′ definite watch I’d say !

any how, for those wondering why the G’Jam Session is delayed, thanks to Benazir Bhutto’s arrival and thanks to those bloody suckers who blew up themselves in bits along with many others..

My sincere condolences goes out to all the innocent people who lost their lives in such a tragic manner !

Also, one of my friend, Raheel Lakhani, has written a little post on BB, should check it out.

    Thats all for now.

(MB, there, thats another post ! :) )
