I had been pretty much been occupied with a facebook application our team here at Xuqa had been working on, and it’s very much near completion now. Things are progessing nicely and design and development is getting closer to the polished stage. We’re left with the Quality Assurance department. After that we’re good to launch.

After that, we’re hoping to start off with our multiplayer game, I should tell you all our games are multiplayer, but the ones that we’re going to bring out soon are awesomeness. We’re building bigger things, and this project might take ages to complete, but it should be there, and we’ll make lots of money while we’re at it..

Also since we sit our asses off in our appartment/office, I’ve decided to get exercising, since it’s a necessity now, I have a really big, no, HUGE tummy. I eat alot? oh yes!

Anyways I m missing mom quite, it’s also her birthday tommorrow, so I need to call her on the right time too, hope I do that.

Hello folks. I upgraded my wordpress installation last night to 2.7, which turns out to be super cool. Except that I like the top nav in wordpress better, but I think I m going to get used to this one super fast. Oh wait I already have

I really like the 2 click upgrade feature this has, and then the improved dasboard and customizable interface thats offered.

Oh the other hand, I’d also like to tell you people that a considerable part of the blog redesign is complete, I need to add/remove and fix a few things and then I m good to go. People who’ve had a sneak peak, tell me that the new design is nice, I personally think it’s gay haha !

Anyways, it’s the third day of eid here, and I m at office working. Dang !

It’s been quite some time when it was a visual upgrade for this blog, and it’s quite that time again that it gets a new coat of paint. I believe that even though everyone’s getting newer and faster internet connection, this blogs should load faster and smoother than it does now, so I’ve decided that when the new version launches these things are taken care of.

A few things that were also on my mind if that there should be no sidebar, and the main focus should be the blog, though technically there will be a sidebar, but visually you might not consider it one, which is quite my objective.

I’ve also taken care that things do not cut of like they mostly do when you open a single blog post, specially if there are no comments. I m also going to focus on one single blog post on the main page, so that only the most recent comes to you first, and if you choose you can browse for older written stuff as and when you wish for it.

I’ve pretty much completed the design and it’s like a 100% change from what it looks like right now.

Let’s hope it goes around well, and works on all browsers, Amen.

Lately me and Asim Imtiaz had been co-ordinating on putting the last pieces of the big joint venture together, the whole collaboration involved Wordpress (as the basic ground), Asim (on further complex development), Ammar (Marketing, sponsorships), Me (design and front end code) and Zair (front end code). Yes my friends teabreak is just round the corner, waiting to happen and land itself on our little web browsers…

My suggestion to all the folks is first, get firefox, seriously, it’s the best thing that has ever happened to the internet, and their latest version, 3, is smokin hot ! You’ll fall in love, no kiddin !

Ok, so what I was saying is that the new version is a major change from the current look of the website, it is going to have new logo, like the one that looks above, it’s gonna have a darker theme, black tea would come to mind.

It has a some interactive elements to it, yes things move in it, I would like to thank the guys behind jquery, and specially John Resig for that. Adding some of the things would have been much problematic had there been no jquery.

I would also thank all those who stood by our side, supported us, hated us, screamed at us, drank tea with us, played with us, made fun of us, gayed around with us , gave us great ideas and all the those who’ve been our great audience. We love you folks.

I would also like to thank the folks at my and zair’s current office, that is Creative Chaos, the people there are super supportive, I would like to thank the entire design and development team here.

Yello fellows…

Alot of great things are happening around me, and alot of things for me, right in my favour. Remember I said I was on board for a really cool project, well it’s getting an upgrade soon, I m working on it’s new look and feel, which means, it’s gonna look new, soon. What you see above is going to be it’s new logo, looks cool, isn’t ?

Any how, me Asim, and Batty had a meeting recently, and we talked about a couple of things for the project, the most important of them all, was the new look, which is right now in the works, but should be out soon, hopefully.

I’ve also been doing some random artworks, check them here.

On the other hand, Gunnah, which is my amigo’s band, is going pretty well.. Awesome !

Oh and some time back I had done a horror background sound for my mom’s school project, the whole project turned out to be a hit, it even got in the news papers.. bohot aala ! Mashallah !

As for the work at my work place, it’s going good… though it’s a little painful.. but hey we folks like pain..

The bad thing is that my really cool collegue and friend, Zair, ain’t well, and really really not well. Prayers are requested.

I am not really well, have flu and feel tired, had slept almost the half day ! When I woke up, the day seemed to have passed, besides it’s was our assassinated former prime minister Benazir Bhuttos’ chelum, so I thought I had some free time..

Little did I think I would spend some of it designing a valentine card, and some of it for a small sticker kind of stuff I wanted for my room. The valentine card, is what you’ll not be able to see until the 14th, but just a hint, it has a nature theme attached to it !

Eid’s almost over, I m supposed to meet H-N and Najam today, let’s hope we have fun, this Eid went pretty much relaxing, but boring ! The Bar B Q wasn’t fun either !

I m also working on the new version of my portfolio website, which should be online soon, I m kind of leaving out the much light colours and using a bit dark tones this time, so far I m liking what I’ve done, and I m not to start coding until I feel satisfied with the whole layout and design.

Also I would like to wish everyone a happy new year, 8 days before it actually will be a new year, I m not sure, if I will be able to wish people at the right time, so a little early is better

I m thinking of doing something crazy, not harmful though, any suggestions would be great
