I ‘ve been trying to write a blog post since 3 days, but you can’t do that when you’re occupied with lots of work plus you’re tired and sleepy.

So any how, I just found time to write about things that are going around in my life (other than constant electric breakdowns).

I had been working on a start up company’s website lately (TimeSvr), and was at their office the whole yesterday, since there were things that needed to be completed and the best way was to interact with their team directly, they had offered me to come work at their place, since they know about the electric conditions of the city, but I had turned down their offer a couple of times, before giving up and finally going to their office, honestly and no buttering, I really enjoyed it there, not really the way I enjoyed at my last job, but it was fun, atleast they did not have any electric problem, even if it did happen their were UPS and standby generator, which reminds me I have to call the guy who repairs the generator, because mine isn’t functioning !

So what I was saying is that they have a brilliant team, not only is the management good, they have strong, and confident Virtual Assistants (Aides) too. Getting to know these people and helping them get the company a good online presence was a pretty good experience, not only that, I also got to know some tiny bits about Ruby on Rails, and I have been tempted to learn than too (desheikh thanks for that !). I’ve started to look for resources now.

I’d like to thank their staff for such a nice time, specially Osama Sehgol, Zulfiqar Ali Sheikh, Farheen Iqbal, Zaki Mohamed and Angel Bernadine.

    Thanks so much guys.

I had promised uzey a couple of days back that we’d do some get together becaseu we hadn’t in like ages, so obviosuly the weekend would be a good time for an iftaari get together, so we decided we’d go out to eat soem where on Sunday, that was yesterday, and so we did.

We had initially decided to go to Lasania, but as we stepped inside, it looked like a way to sophisticated place for too decent people, and for a bunch of jumping young people, that wouldn’t be the right place, so we moved to Pizza Hut which was near by and oh boy, it was hell of a noisy place, something we were looking forward for.  We got in start snapping each other for no reason at all, and people were actually looking at us with super odd looks and it was kind of funny, no kidding. What also made that so exciting was that we got to figure out a guy who half butt crack was visible for the audience :P and obvisouly we being the crazy folks, Asim decided to embarass the guy, and then his friends made a hell of a hallloooga out of him… Which was fun, although we did apologize later, which wans’t really needed.

Any how, it was one fun event for sure.

Update: Pictures are up in a facebook album.

Recently, my website and blog both had been facing downtime, and it wasn’t due to some tech issue, it was actually my negligence, yes I was the one to blame..

I had received a couple of emails of notifications that my domain will soon expire if I do not renew it at the earliest, and I was way caught up with work right those times, so finally my buddy Hassaan comes online, “Your blog ain’t F**KIN workin !”  and I m like, what the hell how can that be.. I rush to my inbox and check the expiry dates.. Voila there you have it, the domain expired, and it’s going to be just a month before my hosting expires too.. I visit the bank early morning to pay for the hosting and email the receipt to the hosting asking them to renew my account/domain.. phew… I m back online.

Anyhow, one lesson learned, I should blog more to know my blog ain’t opening.. or is opening happily !

What else you may ask right ? I’ve been going out now a days and staying and spending some time out of my room, to get a good amount of freshness back into my life.. I needed a break I m getting one.. which is good. I was near the sea yesterday morning, and it was fun. Then some working bits dropped on my head, so I had to deal with that work. :D I m done with it too..

I think I should do something else right now… Bad way to end a post.. I know..

    Yo !

We all know how the music scene in Pakistan is kind of growing in Pakistan, and we’re looking at lots of rock bands popping up from every corner of the street, and then we come across a complete BS ! no seriously !

Check this music video by Maha, the song is uljhan. A complete rip off of Evanescence’s ‘Everbody’s a fool’. I guess she think people in Pakistan just don’t know music… well girl… F..OFF !

How sad is that ? I saw this video sometime back ,but didn’t know who sang it.

On the other hand.. I m getting alot of work.. I might also be flying to Dubai soon, Inshallah !

There’s not much to tell otherwise.

First of all, I’d like to say Ramadan Mubarak to all of you.

    Ramadan Mubarak

Now I’d like to tell about the greatest beach experience I’ve had. Yes I was with some of my friends at the beach, and not just any beach, it was the most clean beach I had ever seen in and around Karachi, the only reason was that not everyone one goes there, and it’s a fishermen’s area, they fish around that place, and they have their own village there.

So any how, it has mountains around too, the best thing, is we went on to explore both, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.. true relaxation.. also got to check out fishes right around my feet.. Check out the pictures, and decide for yourself.
